Today, Bansi Foods is a diversified food manufacturing company offering an extensive portfolio that includes milk-based cheeses, analogue cheeses, aged cheddar, fresh mozzarella, paneer, ghee, cheese flavours, and other value-added dairy products. Each product is developed with strict quality standards, modern manufacturing practices, and a strong focus on market requirements.

Kirit Patel
Kirit Patel, a Chartered Accountant by profession, is a visionary entrepreneur with over three decades of experience in the dairy and cheese industry. His journey into the sector was guided by a strong belief that excellence is built through deep understanding, continuous learning, and disciplined execution. What began as curiosity soon transformed into a lifelong commitment to mastering both the science and business of dairy manufacturing.
Over the years, he has developed extensive expertise across every dimension of the dairy value chain— technology integration, process innovation, cost efficiency, quality management, and business development. His hands-on leadership and forward-thinking mindset have enabled the creation of scalable, efficient, and future-ready operations, positioning the organisation for sustained growth.

Harsh Patel
Harsh Patel is a founding member of Bansi Foods with over a decade of hands-on experience in the dairy industry. A qualified Chemical Engineer by education, he brings strong technical expertise and a process driven mindset to the organization. From the early stages, he took charge of production with a clear vision— to modernize and continuously innovate cheese-making processes in line with evolving industry standards and market requirements.
With a strong focus on efficiency, quality consistency, and technological advancement, Harsh Patel has played a key role in strengthening manufacturing capabilities and optimizing production systems. His approach blends engineering precision with practical industry insight, ensuring that Bansi Foods remains agile, scalable, and future-ready in an increasingly competitive dairy landscape.
Chintan Patel
Chintan Patel is a founding member of Bansi Foods with over a decade of experience in sales and marketing within the dairy industry. With a deep understanding of market dynamics, customer expectations, and distribution networks, he has played a key role in establishing a strong market presence and commercial direction for the company.
Chintan believes that sustainable growth comes from building trust-led relationships, understanding customer needs deeply, and consistently delivering value beyond the product.
Currently leading the sales and marketing operations, he focuses on driving strategic growth through market expansion, customer-centric solutions, and long-term partnerships, with a constant aim to deliver a seamless and delightful experience at every customer touchpoint.
